Description

It is used for line lightning protection of stand-alone workstations, network lines, etc. It is mainly used for lightning protection and overvoltage protection of LAN data, information transmission lines and equipment, such as 10/100/1000Mbps SWITCH, HUB, ROUTER and other network equipment such as lightning strikes and lightning electromagnetic pulses caused by induced overvoltage protection.

Installation, wiring
Ø The lightning protection device is connected in series between the protected equipment and the signal channel.
Ø The input terminal IN of the lightning arrester is connected to the signal channel, and the output terminal OUT is connected to the protected equipment and installed close to the equipment, and cannot be reversed
Ø Reliably connect the ground wire of the lightning protection device to the ground bar of the lightning protection system, the shorter the wiring, the better, and the maximum length cannot exceed 1 meter.
Use and maintenance
Ø This product does not require special maintenance. The lightning arrester should be checked regularly, especially before the thunderstorm season and throughout the thunderstorm period.
Ø When the lightning protector is suspected to be malfunctioning, the lightning protector can be removed and then checked. If the system returns to normal after the system is restored to the state before use, it means that the lightning protector has been damaged and must be replaced immediately.
