Installation and maintenance
1. The communication signal surge protector can be installed in the LPZ0-1 zone or directly at the front end of the protected equipment (or system), and the closer it is to the protected equipment (or system), the better.
2. IN" is connected to the lead terminal, and "OUT" is connected to the protected equipment (or system) terminal. During installation, the lines at both ends must be laid separately and cannot be tied together to prevent secondary induction.
3. Use the shortest wire possible to connect the grounding of the surge protector. The ground wire of the surge protector is used as the ground wire, and the ground wire must be connected to the lightning protection ground wire (or the casing of the protected device).
4. The surge protector does not need long-term maintenance when installed under the conditions not exceeding the requirements, only routine maintenance of the system. If there is a problem with signal transmission during use, the signal transmission returns to normal after replacing the surge protector, indicating that the surge protector has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
