Lefedi power surge protector, also known as power surge protector, is suitable for AC 50/60HZ, rated voltage 220V/380V power supply system to protect indirect lightning and direct lightning or other transient overvoltage surges. It is suitable for the requirements of surge protection in households, tertiary industries and industrial fields, with phase-to-phase, phase-to-earth, phase-to-neutral, neutral-to-earth and combinations of protection modes.

Scope of application

It is mainly used in the lightning protection of radio and television communication systems, railways, computer networks, electric power, meteorology, transportation, residential and other fields, as well as lightning protection and operating overvoltage protection.

Installation, use and maintenance

1. The power surge protector can be installed in LPZOA area or LPZOB area.

2. The surge protector can be fixed on the 35mm electrical rail.

3. The surge protector is connected in parallel to the power line, "L/+" connects the power phase line or the power positive line, and "N/-" connects the power neutral line or the power negative line. The cross-section of the copper wire connecting the conductor at both ends of the surge protector is 10-16mm2.

4. The front end of the surge protector installed on the circuit should be equipped with an overcurrent protection device such as an air switch or a fuse.

5. Use the shortest wire possible to connect the grounding of the surge protector. The protector is grounded by terminal grounding, that is, the "PE" ground wire must be connected to the lightning protection ground wire.

6. The line protected by the surge protector should maintain a sufficient safe distance from the incoming line and the ground line to avoid secondary induction of the line

7. The surge protector does not require long-term maintenance when installed under the conditions that do not exceed the requirements, only routine maintenance of the system. If during use, the green indicator window of the surge protector turns into a red indicator window (with remote signal indication), it means that the surge protector has been damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
